Seventh Lisbon Architecture Triennale

Maribel Mendes Sobreira is an essayist, lecturer, researcher, and curator. She develops intersectional critical thinking through essays, curatorial activism, open classes, and reading and discussion workshops on visual culture, queer theory, feminism, and anti-racism. She is a PhD student in Philosophy at FLUL, and her research focuses on reflection on architecture, urban heritage, and art theory. She is a member of the International Society for the Philosophy of Architecture and the Advisory Board of the Lisbon Triennale.
