The complex argument they [Territorial Agency, curators of the Lisbon Triennale 2025] unfold across three distinct sections — Fluxes, Spectres, and Lighter — successfully brings some fifty projects into dialogue around the city, environmental disaster, and, more broadly, the weight of our ways of life, whether in construction, mobility, production, or consumption. The aim is not merely to illustrate catastrophe, but to measure it — to make the various systems of calculation interact. Hence the title of this edition: “How heavy is a city?”
